A 17 min. HIIT workout to unleash, improve your cardio capacity and have fun!
Race through epic exercises with princess Queeny to save her from evil forces that try to steel her fitness powers.
Equipment: mat
Trainer: Queen
In this video(game), you will perform 7 exercises in 7 different stages.
The first stage will have only one exercise, followed by a break. In the second stage, you will repeat the first exercise, adding a new one, and so on until the last final stage with the 7 exercises all together, where you will need all your stamina to win the game and hopefully save princess Queeny!
The 7 exercises you will perform are:
- squats
- narrow wide squats
- butt kicker
- plank walk out
- mountain climber
- crunches
- butterfly crunches
