Equipment: Microformer, with front and back platform and front and back handles, and bungee cable.

In this video, you will perform:
- core: wheelbarrow, bear, plank walk, catfish, saw, reverse giant wheelbarrow, reverse giant plank to pike, reverse giant crunches,
- obliques: windshield wiper teaser, teaser, bear crawl side to side,
- legs: elevator lunge, kneeling runner’s lunge, escalator lunge, moon walk, standing inner thighs,
- arms: triceps extension, one arm kneeling sliding plank
