- core: saw, bear, kneeling plank with shoulder taps, with push-ups, super crunch, baby spoon, moutain climber
- legs: express lunge, carriage kicks, lateral lunge, kneeling inner thigh, skater, bridge
- obliques: side plank crunch, side plank knee to elbow, twisted bear, high plank hip dips, high plank knee cross.
