Equipment: mat, chair, a pair of dumbbells

In this video, you will perform:
- Cardio warm up : wide V squat variations, high plank with shoulder taps and leg lifts, push ups,
- upper body: squat with goal post pulses, foot steps with goal post press, leg extensions / pulses with biceps reach, squat to leg lift with wide arm press, leg pulses with arm lifts, reverse fly, open T fly, tricep bend and reach, tricep press, tricep overhead extensions,
- planks and obliques: kneeling glute kickback, clamshell, side plank with leg circles, with knee to elbow, bridge with clamshell, with single leg lifts,
- Abs: crossover crunch up, crunches variations
