- cardio warm up: shoulder rolls and side steps, side reaches, knee to elbow, kickbacks,
- planks and obliques: push-ups and shoulder taps, side push-ups, side plank, rock forward and backward plank, up and down plank,
- back: superman, superman with overhead press,
- arms: tricep dips,
- lower body: wide V squat variations, stationary lunge variations, clamshell, leg lift variations,
- abs: lying down roll up, hundreds, heel reaches, toe touch crunch, leg lowers, bridge variations,
- stretch.
