    A 50 min barre intensity routine to get that intense burn and cardio feel and your core on fire.
Equipment: mat, a chair, 2 optional light dumbbells
Trainer: Emily
In this video, you will perform: 
- cardio warm up: lateral lunges, runner's lunge variations, squat variations, 
- planks: downward facing dog to high plank, plank pike reach, bear plank with knee taps, forearm plank with knee to elbow, 
- arms: bicep reach forwards and side with squat, bicep curl with squat pulses, shoulder pulse up and squeeze, shoulder flys with wide v knee bend, 
- lower body: single leg lifts with tricep lifts, isometric leg lift hold with arm lifts, tricep pancake flips, curtsy lunge to toe tap with lateral raise, lateral leg lifts, narrow v knee bend, knee bend to tip toe flow, 
- abs, back and obliques: laydown press outs with band, clam shell with band, laydown butterfly crunch with band, crunch with hip rotation, table top crunch with legs lifted, single-sided crunch 
- stretch.
