Equipment: Microformer, with front and back platform and front and back handles.

In this video, you will perform:
- obliques: French twist, reverse giant twisted plank to pike, reverse giant side plank, thread the needle and side crunches,
- core: reverse giant saw, reverse giant bear, reverse giant wheelbarrow, reverse catfish, dolphin, table top reverse giant wheelbarrow
- legs: floor curtsy lunge, reverse runner’s lunge, heavy squats, skater, bungee outer thighs,
- arms: biceps curls, front arm raises.
