- core: reverse plank to pike, reverse bear, reverse giant twisted crunch, reverse giant wheelbarrow, giant bear
- legs: floor lateral lunge, skater, donkey kicks, Xpress lunge
- obliques: scrambled egg, kneeling torso twist
- arms: biceps curls, tricep extensions, newspaper, low squat with biceps curls
