In this video, you will perform:
- arm raises and circles, up and down,
- single arm lateral raises, triceps extensions, lifts, lat pulldown,
- arms to T and in to center,
- triceps dips,
- plank and open arm to side, with arm extensions,
- plank push-ups and arm extensions, diamond push-ups
