A 40 min intense full body workout with HIIT sequences
Equipment: mat, resistance band, ball and dumbbells
In this video, you will perform:
- warm up and stretch: squat stretch, squat stretch leaning on the side, squat to leg extension, quarter squat with spine extension,
- lower body: squat hold with diagonal step back, cossack squats,
- core: high plank alternating toe touch, side side crunches, floater kicks, alternating seated leg extensions, elbow plank
- HIIT sequence: air squats, lunges, lateral squat walk (3 times) with single leg squat with forward bend as a break in between.
- upper body: lateral raises, front raises, triceps extension (3 times), push-ups, single dumbbell overhead squat, dumbbell overhead squat.
