- bear to burpee
- runner’s lunges, split lunges
- seated outer thighs extensions
- bungee kicks and straight leg bungee
- obliques exercises with side leg lifts, side heel reach, Russian twist
- plank to pike with opposite foot reach, plank rock forward and back, plank with knee bend, plank shoulder taps
- crunches, toe reach, leg lifts, knee bend lifts
- push ups
