Equipment: mat, 2 dumbbells, a resistance bank and a chair.
In this video, you will perform:
- plank with knee taps, mountain climber, plank with leg sweeps, plank walk,
- kneeling superman, bear with cobra tricep dips, superman plank, plank with tricep extension, superman with dumbbell pass,
- chest lifts, hip lifts and leg lowers, bridge with tricep extension, reverse plank with toe touch,
- sumo squat with split lunge, with torso twist, step up on a chair, one legged seated squat,
- lying hamstring curl, kneeling side leg lift, squat tap with chair, plank to pike with chair, chair push up,
- side plank with hip dips,
- kneeling overhead press.
