A 40 min intense full body workout
Equipment: mat, 2 dumbbells, a resistance band, a ball and a chair.
In this video, you will perform:
- bear to squat, superman to push-ups, kneeling lean back, bear to crunch, cobra, high plank with arms moving forward and back, high plank with legs walking back and forward elbow plank with knee in and out,
- bridge with leg cross under, knee to elbow crunches, windshield wipers, extends legs to side and circle back,
- side plank, side plank hip rises,
- roll up crunch with a glute lift, spit lunge with a lean back, inner thigh squeezes, knee lifts, leg side extension, side step squats,
- high plank with legs out and in, down dog push-ups, elbow plank hold.
