Equipment: mat, a pair of dumbbells

- crunches with overhead extension,
- Russian twist, one sided Russian twist with one leg lifted,

- leg circles,
- table top knee to elbow, with triceps extension,
- leg extensions with triceps dips
- scramble eggs,
- dumbbell pull across plank,
- downward dog to plank to push-up,
- low plank with side toe taps,
- overhead single extension with a twist,
- dumbbell overhead extension,
- mountain climber,
- commando plank,
- low plank to pike,
- kneeling torso twist.
