- Core: Russian twist, plank knee dips, plank, plank with shoulder taps, plank walk outs, commando plank, knee taps, legs extension, V hold, bicycle crunches, kneeling push-ups, wide push-ups, standing crunches,
- Obliques: side plank, side reach, side plank leg extended up,
- Arms: arms extension,
- Back: superman, superman pulling elbows down, superman arms lifted to the side,
- Legs: high knees, half burpees,
