- Cardio warm up : squat with pulses, with knee lift, with torso rotations, with arms sweeping up
- planks: forearm plank, with hip dips, with knee pull, high plank with back rows, bird dog,
- upper body: goalpost press, overhead shoulder press, biceps curl in diamond position, triceps extensions, arm lifts, hammer curl,
- Abs and obliques: crunches, crunch hold with knee lifts, with arm circles, with leg lifts, straight leg crunches
