- Warm up: knee lifts variations, high plank knee taps, commando
- Arms: wide V with variations of arms exercises such as front and side reach, plié squats with biceps curls, arms lifts and rotations, goalpost with internal and external rotation of the arms, shoulder fly and lateral pull, triceps lifts and squeezes, arms lifts
- Abs: crunches with legs up, crunch hold with leg lifts, crunches passing the dumbbells around the leg, scissor crunches, bicycle crunches,
- Stretch: cobra
