- Core: bear on the Micro and on the floor; mini plank walks; floor wheelbarrow; saw; alternate reverse cobra and plank to pikes; spoon; triceps dips
- legs: floor escalator lunges with carriage kicks and moonwalks; floor runner’s lunges with pulses; reverse spider kicks and flying reverse spider kicks
- obliques: reverse twisted plank to pikes; reverse twisted crunches alternating with reverse twisted saws; dancing bear
- arms: triceps pull downs with palms down and up; chest presses
