- core: reverse plank to pike, reverse wheelbarrow, reverse saw, reverse crunches, reverse bear, high bar plank to pike, catfish
- legs: escalator lunge, lateral lunge, skater, spider lunge, hip flexor pull pulses,
- obliques: torso twist, heavy teaser,
- arms: one arm pull palm down and palm up,
