- obliques: windshield wiper, twisted wheelbarrow, French twist, reverse giant side plank,
- core: super crunch, spoon, giant saw, catfish, variations of plank to pike
- legs: elevator lunge, reverse runner’s lunge, express lunge, reverse back lunge,
- arms: triceps dips, biceps curls, one arm pull with opposite knee to elbow,
