In this video, you will perform:
- Core: plank with shoulder taps, plank to pike to squat, plank with side steps, plank saw, wheelbarrow walk, plank arms reaching forward, bear, tailbone with leg lifts, spoon, plank feet on the chair, push-ups feet on the chair, mountain climber on a chair,
- Legs: Bulgarian split squats, one legged squats, chair steps, calf raises,
- Obliques: froggy pose hand touching opposite foot, bridge with crunching, side planks hand reaching opposite heel, plank alternating back row and torso twist,
- Arms: triceps sexy back, arms out to the side, arm circles, biceps curls, triceps overhead extension,
- Back: superman
