- warm up: counterbalance squat, deadlift upright row, reverse lunges with torso twist, lunge hold with arm overhead extension, squat with press push, squat with alt. punches,
- upper body: tricep kickbacks, seated row, bicep curls, lateral to front raises,
- glutes, core and upper body: single leg deadlift with reverse fly, alt. lateral lunges, plank with alt. rows, bridge,
- core and upper body: crunches, elbow plank with overhead extensions, elbow plank with alt. taps, high plank with alt. toe taps, mountain climbers with shoulder taps.
