- core: giant wheelbarrow, giant bear, plank with steps on & off, giant kneeling crunch, giant saw, giant crunches,
- obliques: split squat bungee torso twist, twisted bear, bear side twists,
- legs: reverse floor lunge, long jump, giant lateral lunge, giant skater, standing inner thighs, bridge with hip raises, bridge with steps on & off, bridge with leg extensions,
- arms, upper body: push-ups, cobra, lying shoulder press
