A 20 min barre core blast routine, where you will move quickly between exercises to get that cardio up and that core on fire.
In this video, you will perform:
- Cardio warm up : knee lifts with torso twists; side reaches; lateral lunges with twists and reaches; heel to glute kicks; wide V squats; pulses; wide V torso twits.
- Planks: pelvic tucks planks; plank knee bends; alternate knee bends; planks wide V step outs; mountain climbers; side planks with thread the needle; push-ups on the knees; back extensions and swimmer.
- Abs: mini crunches; crunches with a side twist and reach; leg lifts; tailbone lifts
- Glutes: bridge variations
- Final push: forearm planks; plank jacks; plank saws.
