Equipment: mat; dumbbells, resistance band with handles (1.2 to 1.4m long)
In this video, you will perform:
- warm up: mountain climber, side plank, tailbone angel,
- upper body: lateral raises, triceps pulls and extensions, front lifts, reverse fly, biceps curl, chest pulls, one arm shoulder pull down,
- legs: lateral lunges, split lunges
- core: torso twist, Russian twist, leg lifts, crunches, bicycle, scissors, bear shoulder and knee taps, planks, push-ups, crunch and reach your toes
